Challenge
As the sole designer at Pantaflix, I was responsible for bridging the gap between brand identity and product execution. This required me to operate across the entire design spectrum—moving from high-level strategy, such as defining our design-to-development handover and building our first design system from the ground up, to deep-diving into the complex UX of our Pro-tier MAM system.

Branding and marketing collateral for events included invites, backdrops, etc.
B2B and internal tools to manage data including DRM, metadata and content ingestion.
CRM tool for handling transactions, vouchers, tokens and personal data.
Results
By balancing these strategic and tactical needs, I successfully crafted both public-facing apps and internal tools that empowered our content team. My work ensured that every touchpoint, whether internal or external, functioned seamlessly and felt like a singular, cohesive brand experience.
